First thing first.
I strongly advice you to DISABLE AdSense on all your "shady" content on YouTube. Till now, the biggest risk one might encounter was just channel termination. From now on the channel termination might offten lead to your AdSense account being terminated as well AND ALL CHANNELS CONNECTED TO IT even if they are 100% legit. Its a chain reaction. The risk is to high and the stakes are too low. Just drop it.
Next thing is - Be sure to mirror each any ever IM bussines you run on YouTube on another Video websites. Best bets are Dailymotion, Vimeo, Viddler, BlipTV and others. Thats because theres some serious shit going on YouTube right now with a huge users exodus. Regardless will YouTube drown or not - the other video portals will expirience a huge increase in users. And when they'll come, you want them to watch your content first right? Leave YouTube as a decoy and channel all the traffic from YouTube to your mirrored channels on diffrent portals. Its very hard to predict how this whole YouTube Armagedon is going to end up so be sure to have a backup plan in case shit would hit the fan.
